We have put together everything you need to Plan your Plunge.

The Bear Essentials

The registration process is simple! Bring at least $50 – or at least $40 if you pre-registered – and you’ll receive a wristband, which will get you into the Apres Plunge party in addition to discounts from area businesses; your event sweatshirt (if you pre-registered); a set of hand warmers; and directions for post plunge showers (Sussex Family YMCA). Plus any last minute instructions!
